Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This policy explains how AppFactory635 LTD (“we”, “us”) handles personal data. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This website
This website sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social widgets and no third-party fonts or scripts. Nothing you do here is profiled or shared.
If you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, that choice is stored in your own
browser using localStorage so the notice does not reappear. It is a single
on/off value, it contains no identifier, it never leaves your device and it is never sent to us.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is necessary for the website to function and to keep it secure, and rests on our legitimate interests.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use it solely to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Our applications
Our mobile applications are covered by their own privacy policies, published on their respective store listings, because what each product needs differs. As a rule we collect only what an application genuinely requires in order to work.
How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Where data is processed
We are based in the United Kingdom. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or the EEA, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR you may:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
- ask us to erase it;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it to another provider;
- complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority in your country of residence.
To exercise any of these, write to mail@appfactory635.com. We respond within one month.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
